The legend of the "Jersey Devil"
has fascinated New Jersey residents since the early 1700's and
sightings have been reported in and around the South Jersey Pine
Barrens from time to time ever since. Read
more. However, NJ Devil first appeared during the 1993-94
season.
NJ Devil sightings are now most common
at Continental Airlines Arena, especially during the hockey season.
He often has been spotted skating up and down the ice, signing
autographs, sliding across the ice on his ATV, and dancing up
a storm in the aisles. He loves to see kids at the games, too,
so whenever you're at a Devils game, be sure to give a big high-five
to NJ Devil!

The NJ Devils' Mascot Is Busy All Season Long!
Whether it is the middle
of the season or the middle of the summer, our NJ Devils mascot
doesn't stop. Sure you've seen him at Devils' home games rallying
the crowd, but during the off-season, the mascot is still promoting
the team and the game, participating in special events and visiting
street hockey programs throughout the summer. Read and see lots
more about the Devils Street Hockey
Program. Did the Devils mascot come to your town? You may
find your picture there, too. Click Here.
